Turner provided construction management services for the new two-story 35,000 sq. ft. medical office building (MOB) at Virtua’s Camden campus. The new building is designed to provide a modern home for the healthcare services that were located in an existing Kyle Will Family Health building. The project was completed in phases on an extremely active and tight healthcare campus to allow for vehicle and patient traffic to proceed uninterrupted during all aspects of construction. The project involved complete demolition and re-grading of the existing parking/basketball area to create the space for the new Health & Wellness Center building and parking areas. The new building includes facilities for primary care, dental care services, podiatry, specialty services, physical therapy, preventative health screenings, and diagnostic testing.
