As part of a design-build partnership, Turner provided preconstruction and construction services for a five-story, 225,000-sq. ft., structural-steel building with precast/glass skin, built-up roofing, and stand-on, sheer screen walls. Building finishes included terrazzo flooring, wall coverings, decorative wood finishes, carpet tiles, and ceramic tiles. The building contains a security vault, sensitive compartmentalized information facility (SCIF) areas, and computer rooms.
