Westfield is located in the scenic town of Westfield Center, Ohio, between Cleveland and Columbus. Westfield has a rich, 170-year-old story rooted in the farmland of Northeast Ohio and is one of the largest non-public companies in Ohio, including the largest employer in Medina County. The Westfield Insurance Workplace Transformation project consisted of building a connecting addition, as well as renovation of their existing Corporate Headquarters campus while maintaining historical features of the Executive Boardroom and Grand Rotunda. It was essential for the campus to adopt an open office concept that enables collaboration amongst colleagues.
