Brintel Johnson is a Preconstruction Professional with over 20 years of experience in the Construction Industry. Starting his career with Turner Construction in 2003 Brintel has held various positions, including several operatonal roles. For the past 12 years, Brintel has been a Preconstruction Professional, specializing in preconstruction analysis and planning, value engineering, project estimating, and bespoke preconstruction studies.
He manages a Preconstruction services portfolio of over 1.5 billion dollars per year, ensuring that all projects are thoroughly planned and estimated. Brintel has managed the Preconstruction services for several iconic Projects, such as the Obama Presidential Center located on the Southside of Chicago. Brintel graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign with a degree in Civil Engineering.
Brintel is passionate about the construction industry and its impact on society. He firmly believes that Preconstruction is one of the most important stages of the Construction process.
