Rashad joined Turner in 2005 after graduating from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Engineering. Rashad advanced through several operational roles, including Project Engineer and Logistics Manager.
In 2020 Rashad accepted his current assignment as SPD Manager. In this role he takes ownership of and responsibility for setting the team’s vision, demonstrating the core values, and implementing the company’s standards of business conduct. Rashad ensures strict adherence to safety, ethics, and compliance. He also leads the effort of diversifying the business portfolio and growing the team’s market dominance. Rashad always delivers on promises and ensures that the client’s vision is realized upon delivering their unique spaces.
