Chad oversees the planning of the project from conceptual design through successful launch in the field. He performs the initial estimates and works with the architect and owner to ensure that the client’s needs are captured and planned. He also plays an important role in maximizing trade partner interest from quality firms. Chad guides our teams to align the scope of our projects with the budget, in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.
Chad is a graduate of Kansas State and has over 20 years of experience. He knows the importance of a great partnership between builder, owner, and design team - setting the tone for a collaborative and successful project.
