DeJ’on develops and leads the business development and marketing strategy for Turner in Iowa to ensure long-term marketplace viability and success. He creates and executes the strategic sales plan, develops and manages industry relationships, and drives company engagement throughout Iowa.
DeJ’on’s construction career goes back to 2013, where he began as an engineer in the field before transitioning into a vital member of the Business Development team. In 2022, he took on leadership for Business Development, Marketing, and Community & Citizenship for Turner’s Iowa Business Unit.
