Kendra is responsible for all aspects of human resources for the Iowa Business Unit, including employee relationships, growth, and retention. She also leads talent acquisition plans for the business unit and serves as a trusted advisor when building partnerships between management and employees. She enjoys spending time in the field to best understand and appreciate the roles and challenges that Turner teams experience each day.
Kendra manages a group of Human Resources professionals focused on delivering an extraordinary employee experience. Under Kendra’s leadership, they oversee the full employment lifecycle of Turner’s Iowa employees. The team maintains a trusting environment where everyone on the Turner team can openly engage with HR.
