Self-Perform Operations Manager
Carolinas
Aaron joined Turner in 2015 after working as a Superintendent on several projects across several states. After Superintendent, he served as Trades Manager, and then went on to become Self-Perform Operations (SPO) Manager in 2019. As SPO Manager, Aaron is focused on SPO services including general labor, concrete, equipment rental, and more. Our SPO team includes seasoned full-time Turner staff as well as specialized trade staff. In his role, Aaron ensures that Turner standards translate to our trade workers, delivering the highest-value construction services and technical expertise to our clients.
