Business Development Manager

Sarah is responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining client relationships. She also establishes new opportunities for Turner to provide value through its services in the Carolinas market. Additionally, she provides strategic planning insight to the Carolinas project teams on project pursuits and bid responses.
Since joining Turner in 2014, she has held multiple positions in Philadelphia and the Carolinas offices, including Engineer, Superintendent, SPD Preconstruction Manager, Estimator, and Business Development Engineer. She has worked across various market sectors, including data centers, healthcare, mixed-use, aviation, research & development, higher education, and renovations.
Sarah graduated from Lafayette College in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. She went on to earn a master’s degree in construction management from Purdue University in 2021.
