Alexis Kondratyk

A certified and nationally recognized supplier diversity professional, Alexis has worked in supply chain equity, community engagement, and business diversity in the Aviation and Construction industries for over the last seven years. In addition to small and minority business diversity, Alexis is also responsible for community and youth engagement, workforce development, and volunteerism. She holds degrees from Fayetteville State University, the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, and Kansas State University.

She was awarded the Charlotte Business Journals Top 25 Women in Business award for her contributions to the MWSBE community and continues to serve on international business diversity committees with the North American Airports Council. Locally, she serves as a DEI committee member for the Union County Chamber of Commerce. She is an active member of various minority trade associations, and working boards centered around minority economic development and supplier diversity.
