Eddie Esteves

​Eddie joined Turner in 2011. He holds a bachelor of science in Civil & Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami, and a master of science in Sustainability Engineering from Villanova University. Eddie’s started as a Building Information Modelling Engineer in Philadelphia supporting the Business Development and Preconstruction departments. He later became an estimator managing bid packages for lump sum and GMP proposals for several years. He transitioned to an MEP Engineer in 2014 at the FMC Tower project, a 49-story mixed-use development. After spending 5 years in Philadelphia , he moved to South Florida in 2016 to support the Special Projects Division (SPD) as a Project Engineer. After the first year in that role, Eddie was promoted to SPD Preconstruction Manager where he spent over three years. In 2020 Eddie became the Business Development Engineer for the SPD group, and in 2021 was promoted to Business Development Manager for the South Florida Office.
