Christian Jahrling

​Chris, a veteran of Turner Construction Company, joined Turner in 1985. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in Geology from the University of New Hampshire. He has amassed considerable experience in delivering CM@ Risk and Design-Build projects, all areas of preconstruction, federal claims management, and the application of federal regulations. He managed complex and high profile work in New York, Detroit, Denver, Texas and Washington DC. Chris led the Federal Services Group since its inception in 2010 and was responsible for projects such as the US Capitol Dome Restoration. Prior to the Federal Group, Chris led the Mid-Atlantic office. In 2002 and 2003, Chris was Principal-in-Charge for Turner’s role in the massive post-9/11 installation of Checked Baggage Screening at all 447 commercial airports in the US and its territories. In 1997-2002, Chris managed Turner’s Detroit Office.
