As the SPD Manager, Sam provides executive oversight and manages all resources during the preconstruction and construction phases of the project. He is responsible for all operations including contract negotiations, client services, project quality, schedule and profitability. Sam has worked diligently to establish the highest standards of care to create a safe work environment and improve the health and well-being of people in our company and on our projects.
Sam graduated from the University of Nebraska in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in construction Manager and has been with Turner since 2018. Sam first joined Turner's Omaha office as an Engineer. Throughout his career, he has held many operations positions in Omaha, including Superintendent, Project Engineer, Project Manager. Sam has extensive experience in the healthcare, commercial, and data center markets.
