Turner Construction Company began work on the redevelopment of 120 Park Avenue, owned by Global Holdings, in New York, New York. The first phase of the project includes replacing the building’s façade on the 5th and 6th floors and constructing a new loggia between the floors to provide improved natural lighting and improve well-being in the workplace for tenants.
“We are thrilled to begin work on this iconic tower,” said Bert Rahm, Vice President and General Manager, Turner Construction Company. “The redevelopment of 120 Park Avenue will modernize the iconic building and we look forward to working with Global Holdings and our trade partners to make it happen.”
120 Park Avenue was originally built in 1982 and phase one is expected to be completed in 4th Quarter 2024.
