Turner Construction Company celebrated the topping out of the Peabody Union mixed-use development in Nashville, Tennessee. The milestone was commemorated with a large lunch for the entire team.
Located along the south bank of the Cumberland River, the Peabody Union development will include a 455,000-sq. ft. luxury residential tower, a 250,000-sq. ft. Class-A office building, 50,000-sq. ft. of retail space, and an underground parking garage. With its stunning plazas, breezeways, and lush landscaping, the mixed-use community will create a walkable district that connects the community and takes it to new heights of elegance and convenience.

The Peabody Union development is expected to be completed in Fall 2024.
