Turner Construction Company held a topping out ceremony at the $300 million Great Wolf Lodge in Mashantucket, Connecticut. The event marked the completion of the exterior portion of the resort.
The family-friendly resort will contain an expansive 91,000-square-foot indoor waterpark, a 61,000-square-foot family entertainment center known as the Great Wolf Adventure Park, and 549-guest suites. Great Wolf Lodge Mashantucket will be the family-friendly indoor water park resort’s 23rd location in North America and third in the Northeastern United States.
“We are thrilled to reach this milestone,” said Chad McCullough, Vice President and General Manager, Turner Construction Company. “Great Wolf Lodge coming to Connecticut will have a tremendous impact on the local community and provide fun times for families. We thank Great Wolf Lodge, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, and our trade partners for their hard work as we work toward the finish line.”
The Great Wolf Lodge Mashantucket will be completed and ready for Summer 2025.
