Located at the split of Broadway and West End Avenue in downtown Nashville, Broadwest is a 2.1-million-sq. ft. mixed-use community that combines office space, high-end condominiums, luxury hospitality, and retail space.
The Broadwest development includes a 21-story office tower with 520,000 sq. ft. of Class-AA office space, a 36-story condominium tower anchored by the 234-room Conrad Nashville Hotel, a four-story, 100,000-sq. ft. flex building with creative office space, and retail that connects the two towers. Broadwest includes a 1.5-acre plaza that serves as the community's centerpiece and Nashville’s largest below-grade parking garage, which features 2,500 parking spaces. Broadwest is LEED Certified®.
Turner and Hoar Construction worked in tandem as partners on this development. Turner completed the office tower, flex building, retail, and plaza, and Hoar completed the condominium tower. Both firms worked on the parking garage.
