The FMC Corporation Corporate Headquarters project consisted of the fit-out of the 16th through the 26th floors of FMC Tower. The project included approximately 277,000 sq. ft. of new construction including a server room, generator, full-service commercial kitchen, executive suites, and general offices. Also featured within the space is a cafeteria, a Starbucks, and a fully-functioning production studio where the tenant is able to generate commercials and other marketing material.
Along with the delivery of the fit-out floors, the turnover included base-building work such as glass, stone flooring in the lobby, and elevators. Work began in August of 2015 and turnover was completed in May of 2016. Turner successfully delivered the project on-schedule, enabling FMC Corporation to commence full occupancy while construction of the tower continued above.
