This high-end fit-out for FS Investments (formerly Franklin Square Capital Partners) was completed in an 80,000 sq. ft. four-story office building built by Turner. The ground floor of the project comprises an entry lobby, building services, a full kitchen and café area, a fitness center, and meeting spaces. The upper floors typically consist of open office areas, conference rooms, support spaces, and café spaces.
