1200 Broadway is a new 26-story, luxury mixed-use apartment complex in The Gulch neighborhood of Nashville.
The 860,000-sq. ft. complex offers 313 apartments, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units and top-floor penthouses. The new apartments feature gourmet kitchens and spacious floor plans.
