Turner provided construction management services for the conversion of office space to research laboratory space on Floors 8 and 11 at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center’s Zuckerman Research Center.

The scope of work includes selective demolition, new interior partitions, ceilings and floors, laboratory millwork, and MEP system upgrades. This renovation will add 12,000 sq. ft. of additional laboratory space to the Center, including seven new fume hood rooms, three temperature-controlled rooms, and a steam sterilizer.
