Building F is a 135,000 sq. ft., seven-story combined residential / academic building. This building serves as a new home for the John D. O’Bryant African American Institute and provides 230 student beds, eight classrooms for general use on the first, second, and basement levels, program offices for the University’s Honors Department, and office and classrooms for the O’Bryant Institute. The residence hall portion of the building includes 42 apartment-style dwelling units, lounge and study areas, other common areas as well as facilities customarily ancillary to residential uses, as well as offices for a resident director and resident assistants and similar uses.
