The PACE Aviation hangar project features at 9,500 sq. ft. hangar that includes office space, a break room, as well as a staff restroom. The main structure is a pre-engineered metal building with masonry walls to provide a fire rating. The hangar has an 80’ wide hangar door, as well as a parking lot and security gate to allow access.
