Vesna began her career as an architect in Belgrade, Serbia, before coming to Los Angeles to join Turner as a Senior Project Engineer in 2003. Since then, Vesna has been a driving force working behind the scenes on some of the region’s most complex and iconic building projects. She has a demonstrated history of successfully managing complex multi-billion-dollar projects such as the Wilshire Grand Center in downtown Los Angeles and SoFi Stadium and Entertainment Complex, home of Los Angeles Rams and Chargers.
Vesna was promoted to Operations Manager for the Southern California region in 2020 and named a Vice President of the company two years later. In addition to her commitments as Operations Manager, Vesna focuses on the success of Turner’s projects and people. She provides leadership and direction for construction planning, project execution, risk management, and resource management. Vesna also mentors a large team of engineers and is instrumental in helping to grow their careers.
