Jaimie joined Turner in 2010 as a Project Engineer, rising to Business Development Engineer in two years where she helped to secure key sales and client relationships in Southern California. She then shifted to interior renovations and infrastructure within Turner Special Projects Division (SPD), advancing quickly through positions to SPD Senior Project Manager in 2018, and subsequently SPD Division Manager in 2019. There, she managed client relations, financial performance, and on-time project completion. Jaimie now serves as Business Manager for the Southern California Business Unit.
Jaimie leads the 'right environment' program, enhancing the division's workplace appeal for Turner staff, tradespeople, architects, and clients. She also mentors future leaders and developed a program to help train new project managers.
