He takes ownership of and responsibility for providing the short- and long-range plan targets of the office, while setting the image, demonstrating the core values and implementing the Company’s standards of business conduct. Bill has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. Prior to becoming the Business Manager in 2022 he served as operations manager as well as, project executive managing more than $350 million of local healthcare construction. Bill also serves as one of Turner’s Master Builders, specializing in Healthcare Construction. A Master Builder is an individual with a proven history of leading projects to successful completion using exemplary safety, technical, construction, and lean acumen gained through continuous learning and experience in the industry.
Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Architectural/Environmental Design from Bowling Green State University.
