As Procurement Manager, John is responsible for developing and maintaining vendor and trade partner relationships, prequalification, and general oversite of the bidding and awarding of work. John joined Turner’s Lathrop/Toledo office in 2005 as an Engineer. He has worked on multiple projects across northern and central Ohio in the capacity of Project Engineer, Cost Engineer, Superintendent, Estimator and Project Manager. John has a demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead teams toward the achievement of common goals. John has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toledo.
