He leads and manages the sales team in developing marketing and business strategies. Dylan joined Lathrop in 2014. During his tenure, he has held numerous positions in the field such as Engineer, Site Safety Manager, Cost Analyst, and SPD Project Manager. Dylan is involved in multiple organizations including the United Way of Greater Toledo Emerging Leaders, 2Tuff2Talk, Wood County Economic Development, Toledo Chamber of Commerce, EPIC Toledo, and is the President of the Construction Leadership Council, (a subcommittee of the Associated General Contractors of Northwest Ohio), and volunteers his time with several non-profit community based organizations in the region. Dylan graduated from The University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology.
