Brittney Battle

Brittney guides our procurement team and collaborates closely with the preconstruction department during the bidding process. This ensures we maximize competition, select the best subcontractors, develop specific scopes for each trade, and analyze and evaluate subcontractor proposals.

Brittney also manages the contract award recommendation process and directs negotiation efforts. She is committed to providing opportunities for small and underrepresented businesses, creating pathways for their success, and removing barriers to their participation and growth. Additionally, she works with our operations teams to create project scope requisitions that clearly outline each project's scope, schedule, requirements for small and underrepresented businesses, as well as insurance and bonding provisions.

Throughout her career at Turner, Brittney has held various positions, including Estimator, Engineer, and Procurement Agent, before becoming the Procurement Manager for the Carolinas.
