Paul Lawson

Paul is a builder by heart, through and through, and he harnesses his experience and passion for the construction industry to inspire, empower, and mentor Nashville employees. Above all, Paul’s focus is developing an optimal culture for the Nashville office—one where people thrive, are excited to come to work, and are invested in what we’re building and doing in the community.

A Murfreesboro native and an 18-year career veteran of Turner, Paul’s roots are in Middle Tennessee and he has been an instrumental leader in local healthcare and commercial projects. Starting at Turner as an intern, Paul has since worked his way through multiple roles, including project engineer, project manager, project executive, special projects division (SPD) manager, and business manager for the Nashville office.
