Lathrop (Toledo)
A Toledo native and career Turner Employee, Manahan joined Turner’s subsidiary, The Lathrop Company in 1984 as a Project Engineer. After holding a number of positions in Operations and Business Development for Lathrop, he was named Executive Vice President in 2000. He became President in December of 2001. In 2005, Tom was assigned statewide responsibilities with Turner as Vice President and General Manager of Turner Ohio Market Segment Groups. Then in 2014, Tom was named Senior Vice President of Turner. In 2015, Tom took on additional responsibilities of leading the Company’s national Industrial Group. A Civil Engineering graduate of The Ohio State University, he also earned an Master of Business Administration from The University of Michigan.
