As the Operations Manager Tom provides management, direction, and control over construction planning, project execution, risk management, and resource management. After graduating from Virginia Tech, Tom joined Turner in 1997 and served as Project Manager at the University of California Washington Center. Tom served in a variety of roles including Project Executive before his appointment to SPD / Interiors Operations Manager in 2019. In 2023, he became the Operations Manager for the Business Unit.
