The new Bond Collective coworking space is a luxury shared office workspace that offers traditional offices ranging for 1-10 people, in addition to scalable setups for teams of 10-50+ with custom floor plates, growth schedules and swing spaces. A new interconnecting stairway between the 3rd and the 4th floor was added to the space with exposed polished concrete floors. Full coordination with the existing building tenants, building management, and the neighboring buildings was critical to allow for construction to take place while having minimal impact on the other building tenants. The experience Bond Collective seeks to offer its members is to create a bespoke and unparalleled working environment for them to succeed in the vibrant H street corridor neighborhood of Washington, DC.
The lobby area flooring finish is dyed concrete with a border pattern. The elevator lobby walls are cladded with a salvaged vintage brick veneer tile in a diamond brick pattern. Office spaces finishes include carpeted floors with glass partitions and frameless glass sliding doors. The elegant space offers many high-end amenities including complimentary craft beer and coffee, a Mother’s Room, secure bike storage, and curated networking events for its members among a host of others.
