Turner has been building in Connecticut since 1916, serving a diverse range of clients across our State as well as our neighboring regions of Westchester County, New York and Western Massachusetts. Our Connecticut office employs over 200 employees and completes over $400M in construction annually. In Westchester County, we average approximately $100-$150M of construction annually, managing multiple projects in the healthcare and commercial market segments.

HISTORY
In 1983, we established our first office at Riverpark in Norwalk while maintaining a satellite office in Hartford. As our Connecticut presence grew, we established a 'Main Office' in Shelton before moving to Milford where we held court for 15 years. In 2014, we returned to Shelton where we currently maintain our Business Unit office.

SPECIAL PROJECTS DIVISION / INTERIORS
Our Special Projects Division offers the personal attention of a smaller construction firm while providing the technical expertise, resources, financial stability and buying power of a larger firm. Our projects typically range in size from $100,000 to $20 million. This specialized division focuses on flexibility, efficiency and sensitivity that clients require.

VDC/BIM
Connecticut's VDC Group is on the forefront of Virtual Design & Construction and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Our talented VDC Group utilizes the latest in powerful tools on all of our projects -achieving results and continually raising the bar.
